7 Travel Photographers You Need to Follow on Instagram

As much as we’d love to be travelling all the time, sometimes it’s just not possible. In the meantime, we’re sharing 7 of our favourite travel photographers you can live vicariously through on Instagram when that familiar feeling of wanderlust sets in.

1. Everything Everywhere

Gary Arndt of @everythingeverywhere takes his followers on a global journey across all seven continents. His award-winning photographs showcase the world’s most remote corners, as well as the most visited tourists destinations, including many incredible UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

2. Tiff Penguin

Calling all nature lovers. Tiffany Nguyen from @tiffpenguin has us dreaming of saying goodbye to reality and embarking on an adventurous long distance trek through the remote Rockies. Her feed features snowcapped peaks, turquoise lakes, and rushing waterfalls.

3. Kirsten Alana

@kirstenalana features beyond beautiful photographs from around the world. But what makes her Instagram truly unique is the corresponding captions in which she weaves together her personal thoughts and opinions with colourful descriptions of her current location.

4. Allan Edward Hinton

@chaiwalla has a talent for turning quiet, everyday scenes into stunning photographs. About a year and a half ago, Allan quit his office job in London, sold everything he owned and a began self-described “life of travel”. We can’t wait to see where his adventures take him.

5. Girl Eat World

For the all foodies who love to travel, @girleatworld is for you. As she eats her way around the world, Mel snaps photographs of local treats in front of some of the most iconic locations in the world. Better yet, her photos are taken with a smart phone, which shows you don’t need a fancy camera to produce stunning images.

6. Le Backpacker

Johan Lolos of @lebackpacker is an outdoor photographer whose feed showcases soft lit landscapes. His most recent photos of Iceland and Norway feature expansive glaciers, whales swimming through fjords, and the spectacular Northern Lights.

7. Anew Traveller
